  • a pharmacist from watson recommended me this. and it was good. it always made me fall asleep in less than 30 min. if you ask if it's addictive? i think the answer there is your discipline. take it when you really have to.

  • I will try this one tomorrow... I am always having a disturb sleep every 2 hour then I can't get back to sleep again, I still have to wait 3-4 hours before I can sleep again like this night..... hope this works for me
