Hi! It's been 6 months since I started working on a night shift. Is this Sleepasil safe to take? Is there any side effects if I take this? What are those?

I am having sleeping problems since my college days. There were two years of my life when I can only sleep if I drink alcohol. I got over that and when I started working i started having sleeping problem again. I am a very light sleeper and I will wake up even with the slightest noise I may hear. I work in a call center now and I am on a night shift I am having problem sleeping in the morning. I already purchase 5 capsules on sleepasil from Mercury Drug so that I can try it and I am really desparate to get a good sleep. lei_55@yahoo.com

Hi! I work on a production plant and attention to detail is expected from me. However, I've been having problem sleeping since I can remember and is very reluctant to take sleeping pills because of its rumored side effects but I'm desperate now. I'm really having a hard time controlling myself from yawning everytime.
